Picture of walking

I had the pleasure of attending the Institute of Physical Art’s Gait course this weekend.  This is one of my favorite courses presented by the Institute of Physical Art.  I feel like I will never learn enough about the human body and how it works.  There will always be that drive to learn more.  It sounds hokey but I’m always astonished at how complex we are – it is truly amazing that people are up and walking.

This course had an excellent course instructor and a great group of fellow physical therapy nerds.  It was a great chance to once again put all of the training together and train my eyes to see how someone’s gait (or the way someone walks) influences their function and at the same time gain useful information that can guide treatment.  For any physical therapists out there I would highly recommend this course.
