Do you have a client who has plateaued? Or someone who continues to have nagging pain that just won’t go away, someone you know you have to be extra careful with so that they don’t flare up? Maybe someone who is having trouble keeping the gains they have made? This is just the person I can help with. In many cases your client does not even need to stop with Pilates, unless they are dealing with a serious injury. My goal is to keep your client up and running and in Pilates while we address the problems they have so that they can continue working with you. Your client will not be condemned to a life of physical therapy. I have a tremendous respect for those who teach Pilates and their understanding of movement.
